About the Role Join our Business Advisory division as a Senior Accountant, based in our Brisbane CBD office. You’ll work within a close-knit team to provide exceptional advisory and compliance services to a client portfolio with complex group structures and an average turnover of $50 mil. Our team primarily supports clients in the property and construction sectors, handling a wide range of challenges with a focus on multi-layered advisory work. Key Responsibilities Preparation of financial statements, tax returns and management reports Deliver accurate, timely client work to meet deadlines and budget targets Support and mentor Graduate and Intermediate Accountants Liaise with Managers, Partners and other divisions to deliver comprehensive client solutions Identify and refer opportunities for additional client services Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing About You We’re looking for someone who: Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce or similar Has completed or is near completion of their CA or CPA Is able to prepare financial statements and tax returns for corporate groups with high attention to detail Has personal aspirations to learn new aspects of business advisory services and provide quality end results for clients Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently Is able to research on topics as required with assistance from your manager Has a proactive approach to actively analyse, identify and implement solutions Brings 3 years of experience in business services or tax within a public practice Has strong technical knowledge in Australian accounting and taxation Enjoys mentoring others and supporting team development How to Apply Please click apply, include your Cover Letter, detailing how you meet the requirements of the position and your current CV outlining your work history.
