What You’ll Be Doing: Reconcile and post Income Tested Fees for HCP clients Manage invoices, claims, and accurate client records Assist with Services Australia claims and BAS reporting Support month-end: accruals, balance sheet recs & financial reports Keep a close eye on receivables and resolve anomalies with stakeholders Work across Xero and VisualCare to support data exports and integration What We’re Looking For: A qualification in accounting Sharp Excel skills and confidence in financial systems (Xero a plus) Strong attention to detail and time management A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude What’s On Offer: This isn’t just another accounting job, it’s a chance to be part of something bigger .
