The Challenge Reporting into the Finance Manager and playing a key role in supporting the corporate accounting team, your key responsibilities will include: Engagement and business partnering with key finance and operational executives; Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss analysis; Complete month-end accounting tasks and the create an array of management reports; Prepare financial accounting reports and analysis to drive C-Suite decision making; Understanding the existing processes and systems while identifying improvement and automation initiatives; and Providing ad hoc support to the broader finance team. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have the ability to form strong relationships, willingness to share information and help others in the team will ensure success. Your ability to operate in a high performing & dynamic culture is paramount. Candidates with a public practice background OR first movers from audit, tax or business services looking for their first role in commerce would be highly sought after.
