The Role Are you a results-driven Manager of Capital Works with hands-on experience and a passion for delivering projects on time and within budget? G'day Group is seeking a dynamic Manager – Park Capital Works who will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, to lead our project manager team in the delivery of our capital works program. If you're ready to lead a team of 6 regionally based project managers and take ownership for the deployment of $30m in capital projects, we want to hear from you! At G'day Group, you'll be a key player in ensuring our park assets are held to an exceptional standard, balancing strategic oversight with practical execution. The ideal candidate will; Oversee a broad range of diverse projects that enhance our exceptional parks Collaborate with a dedicated team and contribute to creating outstanding customer experiences Engage with various business stakeholders to ensure projects are meeting the key requirements Lead a team of project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget Continue to develop systems and processes to ensure a consistent approach project delivery Support and review the creation of project scopes, budgets, and execution plans Work with our procurement team to identify purchasing opportunities Ensure safety and compliance processes are in place and followed Skills & Experience To excel in the role you will have extensive experience in project management from within the building/construction industry. You will have a strong record of managing multi-site projects and budgets between $100,000 through to $1,000,000. Relevant tertiary qualifications and Construction/Building/Trade qualifications will be highly regarded. Whilst technical proficiency is important to the role, you will also need to demonstrate exceptional leadership and innovative skills. You will possess the attitude, soft skills, and capability to engage with a broad range of business stakeholders. Your high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail will be crucial in meeting the business demands at G’day Group.
