We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to take our Adelaide region to the next level—leveraging an already strong foundation to expand our footprint across SIL, Core, and SDA services. You’ll achieve this by setting and monitoring strategic revenue targets and establishing valuable relationships with external referral pathways. You’ll be target driven, passionate, and commercially savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset. Collaborating with Client Experience, the Business Development Manager will be instrumental in forecasting growth and setting and monitoring revenue targets in their region. A key focus will be to drive revenue and growth through the establishment of valuable relationships with external referral pathways including hospital discharge transitions and supported housing. As Business Development Manager you’ll be at the forefront of: Increase Nextt’s brand awareness in Adelaide, developing a strong network of business relationships and referrals to meet and exceed growth targets. Research SIL and SDA opportunities to drive new business in line with the growth strategy. Build relationships with existing SDA partners whilst developing new ones, attending quarterly face-to-face visits in the region, monitoring client satisfaction for high-value partners. Manage SIL vacancies in a timely manner, keeping within the maximum vacancy KPIs. Identify and evidence solid growth trends through successful forecasting and reporting. Maintain and communicate an extensive knowledge of market conditions and trends to explore new sales opportunities that focus on business growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the disability or human services landscape and wants to play a key part in a purpose-led organisation’s growth story. About You You’re a natural connector with commercial acumen and a drive to make a difference. You bring: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development preferably across the Health and Disability sector. Have experience of managing successful portfolios, evidenced by meeting and exceeding business KPIs and growth targets. Be able to build and maintain effective relationships with partners and referral sources, seeing consistent growth and longevity in partnerships. Possess excellent financial and commercial acumen, able to provide business cases that factor in forecasts and trends. Be an effective project manager with experience of managing and executing assigned projects in a timely manner. Why Join Nextt?
