We are seeking an experienced Upholsterer to join our team. This full-time role will involve manufacturing the high-quality upholstery across our range of premium caravans and campers. As a key member of our skilled trades team, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch products and service. What you'll be doing Manufacturing upholstery on caravans, campers and associated products Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning of upholstered areas Improving and updating upholstery designs to enhance the aesthetic and functionality of our products Collaborating with the design team to develop new upholstery solutions Ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and safety regulations Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience as an upholsterer Strong technical skills in upholstery repair and installation CNC machinery experience Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with the wider team Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations Passion for delivering high-quality work What we offer We are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
