About the Role Reporting to the Production Coordinator, you'll play a hands on leadership role overseeing workflow, quality, and performance in the packing department. This includes: Monitoring finished products and ensuring packaging meets requirements Overseeing packaging machinery and labelling for warehouse readiness Identifying efficiency and process improvement opportunities Supporting operator training and development Coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team toward operational excellence About Us Established in 1969, BE Campbell has grown to be one of Australia's largest family-owned meat operation, supplying supermarkets, restaurants, retail butchers, small-goods producers, and export channels. What We’re Looking For We're after someone with strong leadership qualities and a proactive mindset. Ideally, you'll have: Experience in a similar leadership role (Team Leaders ready to step up are also encouraged to apply!)
