Position Overview: We are seeking skilled Production Assemblers with CNC Router and industrial saw experience to join our team in Granville. The successful candidate will work collaboratively on the assembly line, utilizing various tools and equipment to manufacture products to the highest technical standards, including fire suppression equipment, fire safety doors and wall penetration fire protection devices. A desire to work with your hands coupled with hand and power tool experience, and good mechanical aptitude are the keys to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Utilize CNC Routers, hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic machines, including drills, rivet guns, and strapping machines. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to efficiently assemble products. Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and hit production targets. Adhere to technical standards for acoustic, fire, and safety requirements. Work effectively within various teams, following established procedures. Conduct quality assurance checks and identify unacceptable products. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Cleaning and other general hand activities will be expected. A forklift license is desirable. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role operating CNC Routers, industrial saws, hand tools, power tools, and other machines is essential. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong verbal communication skills.
