We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Site Supervisors to support the business at our Bannock Burn mine is located 67 km northwest of Leonora, Western Australia, within the Norseman-Wiluna belt, now part of the Thunderbox Operations, The Site Supervisor will be accountable for the management of our operations on site, including the leadership, direction, and safe operational performance of the Otraco teams working on site. In addition, this role requires collaboration with leaders and peers within the greater client contract and wider Otraco teams. Working on a range of machinery including a Hitachi EH3500 AC, CAT785,789, 992, and 777’s. Duties to include: To provide the leadership of the region including delivery of the scope of work along with improved safety performance and company KPI’s and Metrics Develop the Otraco culture of a safe, innovative and performance focused business To ensure compliance to all legal and statutory requirements Lead by example in adhering and demonstrating company standards, policies, procedures, and values In collaboration with the client, peers, and the business, have a strong focus on the delivery of standardisation and innovation for the region.
