The Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail team in the role of Retail Product Coordinator. You will coordinate various duties to support product development and management. Assist with analysing markets, identifying trends and assessing our customer needs to create a collaborative environment between departments; and monitor progress throughout the product life cycle. Responsibilities include Coordinate product testing and validate product designs and functionalities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, marketing, and suppliers to ensure successful product development and timely launch Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements throughout the development process Manage product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and marketing materials Provide reporting and insights including Monthly Business Reviews Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to assess the viability and profitability of new products The ideal candidate will have: 2 years experience as a Product Coordinator or a similar role Knowledge of all stages of a product lifecycle Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Knowledge of SAP (preferable) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
