We are seeking a skilled and experienced Traffic Engineering Technologist to join our dedicated team. Duties and responsibilities: Designs and refines traffic management plans that prioritize safety and minimize disruption, ensuring alignment with All Safe Traffic's high operational standards. Conducts on-site traffic assessments to evaluate project-specific needs and develop custom control strategies in accordance with local regulations. Integrates innovative traffic technologies into practical solutions to improve flow efficiency and support the company's commitment to forward-thinking practices. Collaborates with project managers and clients to deliver tailored traffic control services that meet both regulatory and operational requirements. Prepares technical reports, layout drawings, and safety documentation to support planning approvals and implementation. Reviews and optimizes existing traffic control setups to ensure they remain effective, compliant, and cost-efficient throughout the project lifecycle. Utilizes traffic modelling software and forecasting tools to assess the impact of control measures on real-time and future traffic conditions. Assists in the development and deployment of pilot programs and new traffic control systems to support ongoing improvement and innovation. Liaises with road authorities, utility providers, and other stakeholders to coordinate and implement traffic management services with minimal disruption. Ensures all activities comply with relevant road safety legislation, risk management protocols, and the company's internal quality standards. Qualifications and Requirement : A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification. At least one year of relevant experience as Traffic Engineering Technologist. Ability to design and evaluate traffic control plans. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Capable of identifying traffic issues and implementing practical, cost-effective solutions. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $95,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
