The Opportunity We’re currently seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst to join the WEM team. Based full-time at our Bella Vista office, you’ll take the lead on enhancing and evolving our mature Salesforce platform and broader technology stack. You’ll be a key player in driving system improvements, streamlining cross-functional integration, and supporting our teams with scalable solutions that align with business priorities. Key Responsibilities: The Salesforce Functional Analyst plays a key role in translating business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. This role combines deep platform expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, helping drive process improvement, system optimization, and digital transformation initiatives across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly analytical, and experienced in delivering scalable and maintainable Salesforce configurations. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows Design and configure Salesforce components (including Flows, Page Layouts, Record Types, Validation Rules, and Custom Objects) aligned with best practices Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams (developers, architects) to ensure accurate solution delivery Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and UAT activities for Salesforce-related initiatives Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities to improve user experience, automation, and data quality Mentor junior analysts and contribute to capability uplift across the internal technology team Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and assess their relevance for the business What We’re Looking For: 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst or Salesforce Admin Proven experience gathering and translating requirements into business-ready solutions using Salesforce core features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative tools (especially Flow) Experience in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Ability to map complex business processes and suggest streamlined alternatives using Salesforce functionality A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative Great communication and organisation skills, including strong attention to detail Strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve Want to Impress Us Even More? Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, or Advanced Admin). Exposure to integration tools, middleware, and APIs. Exposure to Salesforce Field Service Experience in a civil construction, utilities, or field services environment. Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle, version control, and release management processes.
