As they continue to expand, they’re now looking for two Site Supervisors to join their high-performing team, one in the North West and one in the South West Sydney region. The Role: Reporting to an encouraging and hands-on Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of new home builds from start to finish. This is a fast-paced but well-supported role, with office-based teams and IT systems to keep things running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing multiple detached residential sites through each stage of the construction lifecycle Scheduling and coordinating trades, suppliers, and materials to meet build programs Monitoring build quality and conducting QA inspections Ensuring all works are completed in line with OH&S, building regulations, and company standards Communicating with customers to provide regular updates and a positive client experience About You: We’re looking for Supervisors who bring not just the experience, but the right mindset. You’ll have: A trade background (ideally Carpentry or Bricklaying) Proven experience supervising residential home builds (volume experience highly regarded) Strong communication and time management skills A positive, team-oriented attitude, culture fit is key Experience with Click Homes (desirable, but not essential) Why Join: This is your chance to join a builder that genuinely cares about their people.
