Site Supervisor - Residential Construction - North West Sydney What’s On Offer Well known and established company Competitive salary Defined territory - no long distance driving Overview Of The Company / Role Head office based in Liverpool Established home builder for over 25 years, typically build 300-350 homes per year Company operates as a family business with family values such as being collaborative, supportive, respectful and accountable The team consists of 16 Supervisors Currently looking to add an additional Supervisor to the team Responsible for managing approximately 15-20 sites in Box Hill, Oakville and Vineyard Sites are close to each other - no long-distance driving Software used is Onsite Companion Report directly to the Construction Manager who is highly experienced in the home building industry Supported by an Area Manager and a CSO Looking for a proven Supervisor with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in volume housing, someone who is highly organised, process driven, tech savvy (able to update Companion daily) and a team player Salary on offer circa $120k - $130k super vehicle, standard tools of trade Key Responsibilities The allocation of materials and trades to job sites to ensure timely construction of homes Ensuring that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and approved drawings Inspecting completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship Ensuring that homes are completed on time and within the allocated budget Ensuring construction is carried out safely and in accordance with company processes and systems Ensuring Trades understand and are complying with the company Safety Management System and the WH&S legislation and internal operating systems Liaising with customers and council, as required to provide an unbeatable customer service Ensuring that the required documentation and paperwork is completed during the building process Requirements To Apply Carpentry background is preferred 3-5 years experience as a Supervisor with volume home building experience Someone that likes building good quality homes, good communication with clients A great attitude, builds rapport with his trades, passionate about keeping a safe site and a good team player How to Apply To send in an application, please hit ‘Apply’ and attach resume or alternatively, if you have any questions about the role or company please ‘Call’ Claire Boland on 0485 884 714'.
