About the role This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of corporate partnerships, including migration agencies. You will be actively involved in building and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with both new and existing partners. This includes coordinating communications, supporting partner onboarding, managing regular check-ins and ensuring partners are equipped with up-to-date information and tools to effectively promote our health insurance offerings. The Business Development Specialist will also support the execution of partner-facing initiatives and on-site activities, such as training sessions, partnership events, webinars and promotional campaigns. As a key part of the responsibilities, you will monitor partnership performance by tracking key metrics such as lead volumes, conversion rates, campaign engagement and partner activity. Working closely with the Growth Manager and wider teams to utilise business insights to identify areas for optimisation and recommend improvements to drive further partnership acquisition and engagement. This is a full time, permanent position. What we're looking for in you Essential At least 1-3 years of experience in a business development, partnerships, account coordination, or sales support role. Experience in supporting lead generation initiatives by identifying potential partners, nurturing early-stage relationships and coordinating outreach efforts to drive qualified pipeline opportunities Strong relationship building skills with the ability to develop trust and rapport with a wide range of external partners Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, product and compliance to deliver outcomes related to partner or customer engagement. Able to interpret data, understand performance metrics and draw insights to support decision making. Problem-solving mindset – takes initiative to identify issues or inefficiencies and suggestions improvements, working with internal teams to resolve challenges. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
