About the RoleAs a sales rep, you will work closely with occupational therapists and physiotherapists, ensuring they have access to the right equipment for their clients. This role involves in-home product demonstrations and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and customers. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our customer base.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.Conduct visits to existing and prospective customers to present products, answer questions, and demonstrate solutions. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture strong relationships with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, their clients, and families.Deliver excellent customer service, promptly resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery.Support customers by enhancing their knowledge and confidence in our products. Market Analysis and PromotionMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.Represent Unicare Health at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote our products and gather market insights. Product ExpertiseMaintain deep knowledge of our full product range and its benefits.Advocate for our brand by clearly communicating our unique value and solutions. About You We’d love to hear from you if you have:Proven sales experience, ideally in elderly care, disability care, or related healthcare sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Strong organizational and time management skills.A valid driver’s licence, ability to drive a van, and flexibility to travel extensively across Perth Metro and surrounds.
