This newly created role supports the next stage of business development within an established and growing division. About the opportunity This newly created position is responsible for driving growth and strengthening client engagement for the WA Electrical Division. This role focuses on securing new contracts, retaining key accounts, and leading operational improvements. In this role, you will: • Secure new contracts across WA by targeting commercial and industrial clients • Develop and execute tailored sales and client engagement strategies • Act as senior contact for key clients to support satisfaction and retention • Work with WA leadership to advise on business scaling and resource planning • Lead and improve internal service delivery processes You will work closely with account managers, technical staff, and leadership to shape the future of the electrical services offering. Over time, this position can evolve to include strategic input into the wider electrical division’s growth. About you You will have experience in business development and client management, preferably within the electrical, maintenance, or facilities services industry. You are familiar with long-term service agreements and have a track record of meeting growth targets. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: • Proven experience in business development and long-term client relationships • Knowledge of electrical systems and compliance (or ability to learn quickly) • Experience with tendering, pricing and service contract management • A network in FM, property, or construction sectors • Ability to work independently and lead operational improvement initiatives • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Police clearance (to be obtained before offer stage) What’s on offer This role offers full flexibility and autonomy to shape how results are achieved.
