Our client is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Administrator to support the broader team to deliver on key initiatives. This role will provide vital administrative and operational support, working with HSW Advisors and stakeholders to deliver safety initiatives, ensure compliance, and promote a strong workplace safety culture. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to HSW team members across a range of tasks and functions; Assist with incident investigations for worker incidents and hazards reported within the safety management system; Provide user support, troubleshooting, and onboarding for HSW systems and tools; Monitor compliance with mandatory HSW training and certifications; Coordinate annual evacuation practices for various sites and maintain related records; Prepare and collate reports for meetings and take minutes for HSW Committee meetings; and Support the development and delivery of HSW training programs, workshops, and presentations. The Ideal Candidate: With a background in safety support roles, you will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with multiple stakeholders. Your ability to balance administrative tasks with operational support, and your proactive approach to problem-solving, will see you excel in this role. Essential Skills & Requirements: Demonstrated experience in a similar health and safety support role; Cert IV or higher qualification in Work Health and Safety (or similar); Strong administration skills with the ability to manage competing priorities; Proficiency in using incident management systems and training platforms; Well-developed written and verbal communication skills; Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and levels; and Willingness to travel to various depot locations as required.
