Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and work providers Prepare accurate repair quotes in line with cost targets and insurer/company standards Conduct quoting onsite, off-site, and online as needed Perform arrival inspections including vehicle mapping and imaging Manage parts procurement for timely and cost-effective repairs Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely authorisation of additional work Ensure all vehicles are returned to pre-accident condition Conduct handovers of completed repairs with customers About You Proven experience in the collision repair industry (essential) Strong commitment to workplace safety Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude High attention to detail and strong work ethic Reliable and self-motivated We understand the importance of work-life balance and are open to discussing flexible work arrangements that suit your lifestyle.
