About Us Avoca Park is a family-owned riding school committed to helping people live their love of horses. We offer private and group riding lessons, Pony Club Australia programs, school holiday camps, and immersive horse experiences. Our lead coach, Leanne Williams , is an EA Level 3 Dressage Coach and one of the few licensed teachers in Australia of Philippe Karl’s School of Légèreté . She brings decades of experience and a genuine commitment to mentoring the next generation of coaches. With small group sizes, a strong focus on rider development, and high-quality horses, we offer a safe and enriching environment for both students and instructors. About the Role We’re seeking an enthusiastic, reliable coach to join us on weekday afternoons and evenings—Tuesdays to Thursdays (minimum 3 hours per day). You’ll teach beginner to intermediate riders using our established lesson plans and pre-assigned horses, and you’ll have your own regular clients each term. You’ll also have the opportunity to improve your own riding skills through lessons and mentorship with Leanne.
