You lead a large team, who specialise in Implementation Planning & Activation. You provide thought leadership and drive key senior client and publisher engagement, producing best-in-class solutions that fuel growth for our people, our clients and our organisation. Overview of Implementation & Activation The Implementation & Activation team is responsible for delivering best-in-class implementation planning and activation for clients. Our Implementation & Activation team are fully embedded within our EssenceMediacom client teams, and accountable to the clients they work on. The scope of the Implementation & Activation team covers the Implementation Planning and Activation of all media channels and touchpoints, with a focus on delivering connected, audience-first client outputs. Within the team, we have some team members who work across all channels and both implementation planning & activation, and others who specialise and work across a more focused scope of work, (for example, Performance specialists who work across Social & Search). With our collective industry expertise, we navigate the ever-changing media landscape efficiently and effectively, fueling growth for the brands we work with. Role responsibilities You will be an expert negotiator which is a core part of this role and you will have first class client skills, as this role is very client facing. In addition, you will maintain a strong view of client satisfaction and proactively develop strategies for improvement in collaboration with agency stakeholders and craft leads. You’ll provide innovative strategic insights by acting as an expert on the client's business, industry and competitors.
