The Role We are seeking to appoint an experienced Full Time Service Advisor in our Service Department at Pakenham Toyota & Pakenham Ford, you must be customer-centric and come with a positive happy attitude. In this position your day will be busy and filled with variety, you will utilise your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the customer, for repair and maintenance service on vehicles. Your main responsibility will be liaising with the service department customers, both face to face and over the phone.
