About the Role: Omnia has a strong national reputation for soil optimisation and sustainable, environmentally conscious agriculture, and is currently seeking to appoint a Marketing Co-Ordinator to support the development and execution of marketing strategies by coordinating product design, promotional campaigns, and technical documentation. It also provides project and administrative support, assists with field events, maintain customer relationships, and ensure alignment with national and international business goals. You will be responsible for: Working with the National Sales Manager to build and implement product marketing Aligning local marketing activities with the broader business plans for Australia. Coordinating product design activities and organising promotional campaigns. Assist with designing and preparing technical product information. Providing administrative support in tracking and reporting progress and performance of projects Maintain plans regarding time frames and resourcing, providing process administration support and contributing to quality. Preparing professional presentations, maintaining document templates, controlling version and document distribution. Developing and maintaining marketing and branding standards. Support the coordination and oversight of social media contractors to ensure alignment with Omnia’s target markets, and core values Key Skills & Competencies: A marketing qualification is preferred along with at least one year's experience in the industry Experience and understanding of Manufacturing or Agricultural industries is desirable but not essential Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and IT Packages Experience within marketing packages such as Canva, Mailchimp, Dynamics 365, CapCut Google analytics & Meta analytics would be advantageous Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks What is on Offer: Permanent full-time role with a competitive salary package ($75–85k super benefits) 38-hour work week with flexible hours between 7:00am and 7:00pm Hybrid working model, with office options in Morwell (VIC) or across the cross-border agricultural corridor (Griffith NSW to Adelaide SA via Mildura and the Riverland/Barossa regions) Supportive and dynamic team environment focused on innovation and collaboration Backed by a global organisation offering long-term stability and career development How to apply Applications are to be submitted via the GBS Recruitment website (Job No: 963963) by COB Monday 11th August.
