About this role Reporting into the HO Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to lead the planning, creation, and execution of brand-aligned marketing campaigns and content that connect with our audiences and grow Makedo’s presence globally. Some of your responsibilities will include: Leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and partner channels to drive awareness, engagement, and sales. Managing the end-to-end content development process—briefing, ideation, production, and delivery—across copy, video, photography, and web. Ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all content and customer touchpoints. Collaborating across departments to deliver impactful, consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints Supporting global expansion by adapting campaigns for international markets in coordination with sales and distribution teams. Managing and mentoring a small marketing team across social, content, and partnerships to ensure campaign alignment and execution. Tracking campaign performance, sharing insights, and optimising strategy to improve results and brand impact. About you Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative doer. Overseeing content production across multiple mediums (copy, video, photography, digital).
