Responsibilities: Champion the rollout of CX communications for Mercedes-Benz Cars Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on creating a seamless journey for customers from awareness to purchase to repurchaseProject manage and assist in driving the transformation of the Customer Journey and create a seamless online to offline experience through direct marketing channelsA constant focus on driving customer the best prospect/customer experience by integrating all business units (eCommerce, Customer Services, Financial Services) within CX projectsChampioning Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a focus on integrating digital touchpoints throughout the customer journeyWorking closely with internal stakeholders to enhance Salesforce CRM data to enable more individualised communications.Use a data-driven approach to identify opportunities across the customer journeyShare insights on customer interactions across all CX activity and educate stakeholders on our customer preferences.Work closely with Global and Regional teams to integrate local strategies & share local blueprintsWork daily with agency partners in implementing and executing CX programs Skills and experience: Ability to analyze and interpret data, inc. digital analyticsKnowledge across and Salesforce ecosystem; tools and opportunitiesUnderstanding of marketing automation and triggered communications; Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise highly regardedUnderstanding of databases and data governance as the key business user for our customer databases (Salesforce CRM)Campaign coordination with a focus on data and success measuresKnowledge of direct, digital, data for best practice marketingData privacy processes and how this applied within our business3 years work experience in a similar role
