About the Role: WorkPac and seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to manage end to end recruitment for a wide range of roles, from technical and operational to corporate functions. You will work Monday to Friday 8am 4pm. This role is a long term opportunity with potential to go permanent. Key duties and responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles, from technical and operational to corporate functions. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Create and post job advertisements, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate offer processes. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent pooling. Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition. Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, reports, and candidate records in the ATS. Represent SO4 as an employer of choice, championing our values and culture in all recruitment activities.
