About the position: Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer (2 years PAE) to take the next step in their career. You’ll enjoy a level of autonomy that allows you to manage files end-to-end, balanced with approachable leadership and access to ongoing mentoring from a Principal who is both reasonable and encouraging. This role is ideal for a lawyer who values a healthy work-life balance while still striving for professional excellence. The billable target is a manageable 5 hours per day, leaving you room to breathe and thrive.
