Your New Role As the General Manager - Operations, you will: Lead and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products that meet project timelines and client expectations Optimise scheduling, workflows, procurement and inventory to ensure cost-effective production Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and team performance Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence Develop your team through effective coaching, leadership and communication What You Will Bring Proven operational leadership experience in facades, glazing, aluminium fabrication, or a similar manufacturing field Demonstrated success in leading production teams and managing end-to-end operations Strong understanding of WHS standards and quality systems Ability to stay calm under pressure and make strategic, solution-focused decisions Exceptional people management and communication skills High level of organisation with a focus on results and continuous improvement Experience using production scheduling systems and reporting tools Why Join Us?
