About the Role Reporting directly to the Global CEO, the Managing Director of CPS Australia will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of our Australian division. You will guide the company through its next phase of growth while maintaining financial sustainability, compliance, and innovation. This role is perfect for a proven executive who thrives in a global business environment and can inspire results across multiple functions—from operations and sales to finance and people development. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Shape and deliver the company’s growth strategy in alignment with global objectives. Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and innovations. Operational Excellence: Oversee financial management, reporting, performance metrics, and efficiency improvements. People Leadership: Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Sales & Marketing: Guide strategic positioning, branding, customer acquisition and retention. Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and proactively manage risk. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners. What You’ll Bring 10 years in senior executive leadership, preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (preferred) Proven track record of strategic planning, business transformation, and commercial leadership Financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership Strong people leadership with a passion for developing talent and culture Commercial drive, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and execute successfully Experience managing across international time zones and navigating complex stakeholder environments Why Join CPS Australia?
