On Offer We have an opportunity for a full time Operations Supervisor. We are seeking a professional individual with a great work ethic to become an essential member of our team. The role will consist of 38 hours per week with appropriate overtime to oversee our cash in transit, Patrol and Static guard divisions. Company vehicle and phone included. About the Position Day to day operations service delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Oversee cost management and operational activities. Schedule staff and maintain productivity and quality Coordinate Vehicle Fleet management Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate closely with management to implement continuous improvements, operational standards, and training programs. Ensure compliance with safety standards. Skills and Experience Required Essential - Current Australian 'C' class driver license. Essential - QLD Security Providers License level 3, must have CIT endorsement. Ability to obtain NSW Security License. Current QLD Weapons License category H, or meet the criteria to obtain a license. Proven experience with Microsoft office suite including an intermediate level of Excel knowledge. Risk management and contingency planning skills. Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills Well developed stakeholder management experience/customer service Excellent time management and teamwork skills with the ability to seamlessly contribute to existing job functions from day one.
