About the role WorkPac are seeking a Payroll Officer on behalf of our client to support Business Support Services payroll queries. Operating in a busy call centre environment, this role involves processing pay files, solving complex queries, and delivering high-quality customer service via phone and email. You’ll contribute to a collaborative, deadline-driven team that supports thousands employees.
