Desktop Building Consultant Support the assessment and review of building claims from a desktop environment, reporting into the Manager, Building Consultancy Services, drawing on you experience as a Plumber top review plumbing insurance claims What are my accountabilities? Review images of plumbing work and prepare detailed reports and scopes of work for building claims. Ensure compliance with client and internal claim handling requirements. Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders. Accurately record and manage data and documentation. Collaborate with contractors to ensure quality and cost standards are met. About you: Licensed Plumber 10 years of industry experience or equivalent. Strong knowledge of insurance claims lifecycle and legislative frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound negotiation abilities.
