We are hiring for 3 x Premium Experience Sales Support to join our Premium Experiences team to deliver the Australian Open 2026 . This is a full-time fixed-term contract from October 2025 to February 2026. As these are seasonal roles , we require full availability and flexibility across the summer months, December – February. About the role In this role you will be responsible for: Managing inbound and outbound sales, including face-to-face and phone bookings for the Australian Open and United Cup Executing the premium experience sales strategy, including seating, dining, upsells, and exclusive ‘money can’t buy’ experiences Coordinating bookings, payments, and inventory using hospitality ticketing systems to ensure seamless and accurate transaction processing Providing administrative and operational support for the planning and delivery of Premium Experiences and related sales initiatives Supporting client servicing during the event, liaising with internal departments and external partners to ensure a world-class guest experience Assisting with on-site event delivery, including directing casual staff, managing logistics, and maintaining reporting and CRM records About you To be successful in this role you will: Have experience in sales support, events, hospitality, or working with ticketing and CRM systems Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, particularly with bookings and reconciliations Be confident using ticketing systems (e.g: Archtics) and CRM platforms (e.g: Monday.com) Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel for managing communications and tracking data Have strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer relationships and resolve queries effectively Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia What’s to love?
