The Role: We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant with a strong technical understanding to support the Global Head of Product & Engineering, while providing additional support to the People & Culture team and broader office as needed. You’ll act as a critical partner to leadership, helping manage time, information flow, and logistics, while also contributing to cross-functional initiatives, particularly those related to engineering, product, and technology. This role reports to the Global Head of People & Culture and is based in the Melbourne office with a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities: Manage a complex calendar with global time zones Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track actions Proofread and format reports, technical documents, and presentations Liaise with technical teams to coordinate product or engineering inputs Coordinate domestic and international travel Monitor workflows and manage communications on behalf of the executive Maintain confidentiality and use discretion in sensitive matters Partner with internal stakeholders (People, Finance, IT, etc.) on projects Technical & Project Support: Translate technical updates into clear executive-level summaries Support light project coordination with product/engineering teams Understand product roadmaps, timelines, and blockers to support prioritisation Office & P&C Support: Support onboarding processes and staff events Coordinate weekly team breakfasts, supplies, and safety inductions Provide general office support and ad hoc assistance to the broader leadership team About You: You’re more than just an Executive Assistant — you understand how product and engineering teams operate and can communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical environments. You’re calm under pressure, proactive, and organised, with a natural ability to connect people and keep things moving.
