POSITION SUMMARY: Act as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders by translating business needs into actionable insights and scalable solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business challenges, and improvement opportunities Acting as a product expert on MRI solutions and providing timely, high-quality input to client requests Leading the analysis, design, and implementation of new business processes and system enhancements Gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements for technology teams Conducting gap analyses and feasibility studies to inform business cases and transformation initiatives Developing and maintaining comprehensive process models, workflows, and user stories/use cases Translating business needs into technical requirements that support software development and solution delivery Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder presentations to drive alignment Monitoring project milestones and ensuring stakeholders are regularly informed of progress Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and recommending innovative solutions Advocating for client needs to influence and shape future product roadmaps Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the development of best-practice methodologies REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred) 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role, preferably from Proptech domain Strong understanding of business process modelling, requirements gathering, and systems analysis Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, SQL, and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are highly desirable Willingness to travel (10–20%) as required Benefits: Flexible working arrangements 6x Flexi AnyDay (pro-rata): knock 2.5 hours off your day!
