About the role The Business Analyst will work closely within cross-disciplinary teams and with stakeholders to contribute significantly to defining solutions that offer the most value and best meet the needs of our business and customers, specifically for Participation and our Member Associations. In this role you will: Provide a positive contribution to the constant evolution of Business Analysis within TA’s participation team. Apply agile methods for iterative delivery and team coordination. Manage and negotiate changes to requirements as part of a structured and consistent business approach. Partner with the business to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery. Proactively identify opportunities to improve business and/or technical processes. About you To be successful in this role you will have: Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment (experience with Scrum or SAFe (highly desirable)) Experience working collaboratively in cross-discipline teams on complex digital projects Experience using JIRA and Confluence (highly desirable) Strong facilitation skills – you’re able to confidently and effectively conduct workshops with a range of stakeholders, including those at an executive level Superior stakeholder management and communication skills – an ability to build and manage relationships and create alignment is critical Experience in Technology, Sports, Entertainment and Business projects Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia What’s to love?
