What You'll Need: Registration: AHPRA Experience: Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience preferred. Clinical Background: Experience in acute, rehab, or palliative care settings is highly desirable. Specialist Areas: Ability to support patients with complex functional decline, deconditioning, mobility and ADL retraining, cognitive assessments, and discharge planning. Professionalism: Strong communication, critical thinking, and evidence-based clinical reasoning skills. Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment.
