We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in delivering large ERP projects. This is a rare opportunity to play a major role in contributing to the expansion of an extremely successful, growing business solutions company. We are passionate about ensuring our projects are successful and clients are referenceable. As a Fusion5 Project Manager you will be in the front line of creating that success. You will also be a member of our PMO team. Through the PMO you will be working with a network of incredibly capable Project Management professionals to identify and implement ongoing process improvement in our methodology and delivery. Qualities of our ideal candidate: Has 5–6 years’ experience leading complex IT projects with confidence and clarity, ideally with PRINCE2 or similar certification Brings 5–6 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions Has delivered multiple end-to-end ERP implementations or upgrades , ideally in a Microsoft environment Comes from a consulting/vendor-side background , with a strong track record of external delivery ownership Has led multiple concurrent projects and knows how to maintain control without losing focus Thrives in environments with accountability, autonomy, and real-world delivery pressure — this is not a role for passive coordinators Understands the difference between managing activity and owning outcomes Is calm under pressure, able to lead through ambiguity and shifting priorities , and brings structure where it doesn’t yet exist Brings strong risk management and change control skills, and doesn’t wait for someone else to flag issues Has experience in Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies , and can adapt delivery models to suit the client and project Familiar with Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS) - or a fast learner who won’t need weeks to catch up Communicates clearly and credibly across both technical and non-technical audiences — and builds trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels , especially on the client side Influences outcomes through credibility, empathy, and consistent follow-through , not just reporting Understands the importance of stakeholder alignment , and proactively engages to keep everyone pulling in the same direction Shows energy, enthusiasm, and initiative — you step forward, not back, when leadership is needed Helps build a team culture based on ownership, clarity, and problem-solving Is results-focused , not a process-box ticker — we care about impact, not theatre Comfortable using or exploring AI tools to reduce admin, improve visibility, and streamline project delivery Wants to contribute in a space where your ideas are heard, but your follow-through is what matters most Understands that in a client delivery role, showing up with solutions matters more than waiting for direction About Fusion5 We are a full systems integrator providing cutting-edge technology solutions that empower organisations across Australia and New Zealand to thrive.
