Job Description of Senior PM Oracle in Melbourne/Sydney: As part of the Customer Corporate Enablement Portfolio in the Digital division, we are looking to implement and run an Oracle Platform subscription project. The goal of the project is to upgrade the Market Systems to the current long-term support release of Oracle, 19C, and migrate all Oracle Enterprise databases to an on-premise Oracle Cloud subscription (private cloud appliance). The project aims to minimize customer operational costs associated with the Oracle platform, upgrade critical Market System databases to a supported version of Oracle, and improve compliance with customer policies endorsed by the customer Security team. Additionally, the project will include reducing hardware management, upgrading the Oracle Platform maintained by the customer, and enabling scalability for short-term workloads without additional hardware or software procurement. It also seeks to eliminate overprovisioned hardware expenses and address security policy shortfalls within the current delivery model. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in managing similar Oracle projects and upgrades. Responsibilities include: Define, manage, and control the project lifecycle to ensure quality, cost, and time requirements are met, often involving complex technical aspects. Coordinate demand and co-present lifecycle (end-of-life) infrastructure or application initiatives for approval to relevant authorities. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and well-defined expectations. Develop and maintain procedures such as Project Management Plan (PMP), policies, and controls to achieve key milestones. Provide regular status reports, communications, and advice on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, escalating as necessary. Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback on benefits and opportunities for improvement to support continuous business improvement. J-18808-Ljbffr
