As the Workplace Relations Manager at CleanCo, you will support the design and delivery of expert workplace relations strategies, ensuring a fair, high-performing and compliant workplace. This role sits in the People and Culture leadership team and will play a key collaborative role across the broader People & Culture team. You’ll provide specialist advice, resolve complex ER/IR issues and help embed best-practice processes across the organisation. This role plays a vital part in enabling business partners to navigate change, manage risk and uplift employee experience across all levels of the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Point of escalation for the team on delivery of ER/IR case management, investigations, grievances and dispute resolution; Support the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose workplace relations frameworks and policies; Provide timely and expert advice on industrial instruments, legislation and risk management; Contribute to enterprise bargaining planning and implementation; Partner with key stakeholders and unions to influence positive workplace outcomes; Coach and guide P&C team and leaders on complex workforce challenges; Represent CleanCo in regulatory forums including the Fair Work Commission; Drive compliance through audits, reporting and continuous improvement; Support change initiatives and culture-building projects across the business; and Facilitate consultative forums, learning sessions and employee engagement activities. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline; Demonstrated senior experience in a P&C or Workplace Relations leadership role; Proven ability to balance strategic thinking, policy development and hands-on casework; In-depth knowledge of Australian IR/ER legislation and frameworks; Strong stakeholder and union engagement experience; Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels; Demonstrated ability to coach, educate and facilitate change; Experience with enterprise bargaining and regulatory representation; Passion for progressive workplace practices and inclusion; and Human-centred design approach and systems-thinking mindset.
