Myndshift Group has been engaged by our client partner to recruit an experienced Maintenance Planner with Mobile Equipment experience to deliver key outcomes for our client's coal mining project close to the township of Moranbah. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be employed on a permanent basis working a 9 Day Fortnight roster with camp supplied along with transport to and from the camp to the mine. Key Responsibilities: Regularly review and update the Plant Management PlanImplement and control all work order requestsDevelop long and short-term programmes to help the maintenance planner optimise the effectiveness and increase the reliability of all mobile plantIdentify equipment not meeting reliability and other improvement opportunitiesDevelop and implement maintenance plans and schedules including developing cost and time estimates of planned maintenance workCarry out maintenance risk analysis for sites in regard to plant and equipmentEnsure accuracy of the job records database and the plant and equipment maintenance historyEnsure key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability, maintenance performance and planning and scheduling flow processCollaborate with maintenance supervision and others to schedule manpower and resources for the most effective production and maintenance outcomesActively participate in scheduling meetings with maintenance managers to finalise priority of work orders and optimise downtime windows and necessary lead-times Key Capability Requirements: 5 years' experience in mining maintenance environmentPrevious experience in mobile maintenance planning and scheduling roleHeavy Plant/Mechanical Trade Certificate desirableSound computer literacyStrong communication skills On Offer: Strong renumeration package Permanent Role9 Day Fortnight RosterCamp SuppliedTransport supplied from the camp to the mine Give me a call or shoot me an email to discuss this role in more detail.
