You will be: A trade-qualified automotive technician with current Ford Master Technician accreditation (or close to it) Skilled in advanced diagnostics, electrical and mechanical repairs, and module programming Committed to producing high-quality, efficient workmanship A team-oriented professional who communicates clearly and positively Solution-focused, reliable, and motivated to deliver results Key Responsibilities: Conducting routine servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and warranty work on Ford vehicles Leveraging your Ford training to support junior techs and maintain workshop standards Accurately documenting work and collaborating with the broader service team Upholding safety protocols and contributing to a professional workshop culture
