You’ll work closely with clients, branch teams, and management to ensure accounts are well-maintained and credit risks are minimised. This role suits someone with strong communication skills, commercial credit experience, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Collections – Direct with clients, often involving high value transactions, with new debts falling due every day. Managing Credit Limits – Reviewing and preparing submissions for limit increases, or assisting clients to work within their existing credit limit. Producing Daily ReportsAbout you Previous Commercial Credit experience – solid understanding of debt recovery processes. A clear communicator – both verbally and in writing. Sound MS Office skills. Decisive – The ability to make decisions based on available data and take a firm stand. Integrity – The ability to be consistently honest with yourself and others. Managing Performance – The ability to monitor and maintain your own performance, and know when to escalate and discuss issues with your manager.
