The opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in delivering a strategic, organisation-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) transformation that supports our mission and future growth. This position is responsible for leading the successful planning, delivery and adoption of Cancer Council WA’s core CRM platform. Ensuring the implementation aligns with the strategic goals of the organisation, as well as delivering against the Board approved scope of work. The CRM Project Manager will manage the project plan, timelines, budget, and oversee the change management strategy. This role acts as the central point of coordination between technical teams, including external implementation partners and end users, ensuring Salesforce is configured to meet the unique operational needs of the organisation while supporting long-term impact and vision delivery. Based in Subiaco, this position is a 15-month , full-time contract . What you’ll be doing: Project management – leading the end-to-end management of the CRM project across all phases including detailed design, build, test, and implementation. Planning and execution – create detailed project schedules, monitor budgets and project progress, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered successfully and meets objectives. Relationships – Foster strong relationship with key stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring the solution aligns with organizational goals. Liaise with implementation partners to ensure CCWA interest are priorities as well as fostering a long-term productive relationship. Resource Management - coordinate internal project resources, including across a large number of workshops). Quality control – ensure the project meets quality standards and deliverables. Documentation – maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and progress updates. Reporting – prepare regular reports for the Project Steering Committee, the Executive and the Board. About you To be successful in this role, you will need - Essential: Experience in understanding process and data requirements from diverse user groups and application of the same to the corporate database system Strong analytical experience with the ability to critically examine business processes, interpret data and make recommendations Experience in developing training resources and delivering training for a diverse group of users Suitable tertiary qualification in IT, business and/or management Proficient in MS Office applications Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Ability to plan and schedule tasks, reporting on timeframes to the Manager and end users Ability to apply problem-solving techniques across a variety of applications Ability to work in a small, focused team Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the values of Cancer Council WA Positive approach to the workplace Desirable: Experience with data modelling and database design Experience with data warehouses Experience with using SQL Experience with Power BI or other visualisation tools Why work for Cancer Council WA?
