About The Role You will be responsible for implementing and testing technical functionality, interacting with internal and customer teams on a technical level, building strong customer relationships and serving as an escalation point for resolving customer issues. You will collaborate with vendors in providing technical support, debugging product and integration issues, writing custom scripts, and helping customers get the most out of using identity and access management and orchestration products. Duties Engage with our customers to provide security solutions, recommendations, deliver enhancements and managed service for multiple engagementsAnalyse and enhance existing IDAM processes to support complex use cases and ensure system efficiency.Provide honest, accurate guidance on identity and access management (IAM) technologies, aligning solutions with customer needs and industry best practicesUnderstand and advise the customer honestly and accurately on technological identity and access management solutionsProvide excellent customer service and product support to customers to identify and resolve customer issues and enhancementsAssist in build and configuration for customer solutionsProvide documentation to customers and internal team members, including design implementation and reports where requiredSuccessfully troubleshoot and triage issues and resolve customer system, email, and phone requests using ticketing, content, and task management toolsProvide support and response on an on-call basis to identity and access management issues or problems arising from existing projects, and escalate issues to vendors as required Skills & experience A minimum of 2 years’ experience in cyber security and/or technology industry is preferred, with experience in identity and access management solutionsPractical experience with IBM Identity Products ISIM/ISVG, ISAM/ISVG WebSEAL, AAC/TFIM, LDAP/DB2, particularly in administration and implementationSolid understanding of infrastructure and networking concepts and terminology, with a focus on IBM Identity ProductsProficient in operating systems including Microsoft Windows Server and RHEL or other Linux distributionsFamiliarity with other IAM products such as Microsoft, Okta, OneIdentity, Oracle, Delinea, SailPoint (IIQ & ISC), or Saviynt is highly regardedExcellent customer engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with customers and internal teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems Benefits Flexible hybrid working environment (a blend of office and WFH)Ability to deepen your experience and skills in-line with CyberCX's specialisation as Australia's leading cyber security provider.Opportunities to engage with a diverse range of clients experiencing the challenges and opportunities in the IdAM/PAM transformation of their enterprise or industry and distinguish yourself as a professional who can navigate this journey.Corporate discounts on a huge variety of retail stores through our partners This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic professional looking to spread their wings
