We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Training and Change Lead to join our Technology Services team and play a pivotal role in the rollout of our new Client Management System (CMS - AlayaCare). This role is your chance to shape how our people engage with technology, ensuring confidence, consistency, and impact across all levels of the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver comprehensive training strategies tailored to diverse end-users Develop learning materials for both virtual and in-person delivery Drive change management initiatives including stakeholder impact assessments, communications and resistance management plans Partner with L&OD and key business units to ensure alignment with project and organisational goals Support the system go-live and post-implementation onboarding plan What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT training and at least 2 years in a lead role Proven experience in system implementation and change management Ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders, from technical to operational Strong presentation skills and proficiency with LMS tools Experience with or willingness to learn AlayaCare highly regarded Interested?
