Workday HCM Lead – Contract Location: Melbourne (Hybrid – remote with occasional on-site workshops) Duration: 6-month rolling contract Rate: Market rate (open to discussion) We’re currently looking for an experienced Workday HCM Lead to support a regional rollout project across the APAC region. This role will play a key part in leading discovery and design phases, working closely with stakeholders across multiple markets. You’ll need strong client-facing skills and experience guiding delivery from a functional perspective. Key Requirements: Active Workday Enterprise Management (EM) Certification – essential Proven experience as a Workday HCM Lead , ideally within large-scale implementations Strong understanding of HCM Core and Absence modules (Compensation and Talent are a plus) Able to manage workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder engagement Willingness to travel for key project milestones (all travel expensed) Must be based in Australia (equipment is provided locally) If you're an experienced HCM Lead ready for your next contract, get in touch to learn more.
