What's the general gist?Advertise and market job vacanciesInterviewing, screening and reference checking candidatesPrepare candidates for interview with clientsProvide career and market advice to candidatesArranging and negotiating salary packages, contract conditions and job offersSourcing suitable candidates and maintaining suitable networksIdentifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating a strong business and candidate relationship to deliver recruitment solutions that meet your clients needsActively taking an interest and understanding in your client's business needs and requirementContinue to develop your knowledge of the tech and digital market across our key verticals What will make you fabulous in this role?A minimum of 5 years end-to-end recruitment experience at an appropriate skill level, OR a relevant degree level qualification and two years of end-to-end recruitment consultant experience Strong commercial acumen, EQ and a natural ability to sell (in a non-transactional manner - we really value unquestionable integrity, ethical behaviour and good character!)Positive and proactive approach with a strong team ethicDrive and determination The ability to honour wellbeing!
