What to Expect at HAYLO People: Beautiful Sydney CBD offices, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week. Base salary to reflect your experience, lucrative commission scheme, low thresholds and bonuses rewarding your hard work. Salary: Base salary depending on experience Superannuation Commission Structure Location: Sydney CBD Contract: Permanent Full-Time position (If you're looking for visa support, please call to discuss) About You: Proven experience as a 360 Consultant across Temporary Recruitment with leadership or coaching experience. Experience in building and growing a successful desk, ready to make that move into growing a team around you. Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking. An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients. With a growth mindset, you are open to taking on new challenges, persistent, and are driven to achieve your goals.
