Brightwater is looking for an Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team at our Oats Street site located in East Victoria Park . This is a permanent full time opportunity working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm, 76 hours per fortnight. As an Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and contractors, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You’ll also provide critical administrative support to the Program Manager, ensuring a customer-centred approach in everything you do. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining privacy and confidentiality. Provide efficient administrative support, including accurate data entry and making appointments for clients, liaising with their team and reception duties. What You’ll Bring to the Role: Previous administration experience and ability to accurately input data with high attention to detail. Excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills that builds and develops teamwork and establishes successful working relationships with stakeholders Excellent customer service skills with an understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements. Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, manage pressure, and meet deadlines effectively. A current National Police Certificate (issued within the last 12 months).
